Taking into account the development of a number of projects related to cooperation with industrial enterprises in the field of production and sales of rare earth metals, we established a subsidiary company in the Republic of Kazakhstan – AVATHERM LLP. The company’s project areas align with the projects of the parent company – SR Systematics Group GmbH, however, the presence of an active company in Asia allows us to work more effectively with our partners and customers in Central Asia and the Far East.

Since its founding, SR Systematics Group GmbH has been implementing investment projects in the metal processing industry. We develop custom industrial solutions, integrating advanced technologies and processes to meet the specific needs of companies using vacuum heat treatment, vacuum metallurgy, and powder metallurgy in their technological processes.
In 2005, we implemented our first international project to equip a major industrial enterprise with vacuum melting equipment
In 2005, the first project in the field of vacuum metallurgy was implemented, in which our company acted as the coordinator and financing organizer for an international project to equip a major industrial enterprise with vacuum melting equipment.
Since 2006, vacuum metallurgy, and, later, other fields of vacuum and atmospheric metal processing (heat treatment, hardening coatings) have become a priority for the company.
Providing enterprises with new industrial equipment for heat treatment in vacuum and special atmospheres, PVD coatings, vacuum special metallurgy, powder metallurgy. Installation, commissioning, training of customer personnel, after-sales service of equipment, provision of spare parts and consumables.
The equipment is intended for targeted use in industries such as energy, aviation, medicine (surgical instruments, implants), automotive, petrochemical and gas industries, construction, mechanical engineering, and instrumentation.
Unlike traditional manufacturers/suppliers, we develop and supply the entire technological process at the request of our customers. This includes, in addition to the technology, complex deliveries of the main and auxiliary equipment required by the customer from carefully selected manufacturers. This, in particular, allows us to operate under a single contract for the supply of the entire range of required equipment, instead of several contracts with multiple manufacturers. Our responsibility also includes (if necessary) the organization of deliveries based on financing, deferred/installment payments or international leasing.
Among our customers are enterprises in the aviation, engine manufacturing, energy, automotive, and medical sectors, as well as enterprises involved in production of titanium (Ti) and other rare (Nb, Ta, Zr, etc.) metals and alloys based on them.

SR Systematics Group GmbH has practical experience in developing and implementing projects to establish Centers for Modern Industrial Heat Treatment. The Centers provide outsourced commercial services in heat treatment, hardening coatings, and laboratory work to other manufacturing companies in industrial regions.
The economic efficiency for potential customers is significant. An enterprise does not always have the capability to invest in modernizing its own production. By outsourcing a part of the products, it is possible to solve many challenges of the technological and financial optimization of production processes.
In some cases, when we consider establishing a Heat Treatment Center for a large customer, it is may be beneficial to locate the facility directly on the customer’s premises, renting from him the production area agreed upon by the parties.
RARE EARTH METALS PROJECTS
SR Systematics Group GmbH has decided to expand the range of its business projects by including projects for professional trade in products made of titanium (Ti) and other rare (Nb, Ta, Zr, etc.) metals and alloys based on them.
